Growth Leads to Addition of Two Attorneys; Haynes Benefits Now Seven Attorneys Strong

Some say we are small, but our clients know we are mighty. Now with the strength of seven attorneys all dedicated to the complexities of employee benefits law, including health care reform, Haynes Benefits is pleased to announce two new additions to the team.

Ted Mitchell, Attorney at Law

Ted Mitchell comes to Haynes Benefits from the employee benefits group of an AmJur top 150 national law firm. Ted counsels employers on the complicated web of laws that apply to executive compensation arrangements and employee benefits, and understands the different challenges and different laws that apply to private and public companies, and to the various types of non-profit and governmental entities.

Ted graduated from Williams College in Williamstown, Massachusetts and received his law degree from Northwestern University School of Law in Chicago, Illinois.

Danielle Rowley, Attorney at Law

Danielle Rowley joins the firm with a focus on health plans, cafeteria plans, account based plans (including both HSAs and HRAs), employee benefit taxation, and HIPAA privacy and security policies and implementation.

Danielle earned her LL.M in Taxation from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law. She received her J.D. from the University of Missouri School of Law and her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Truman State University.
